All Camps and Teen Art Studios are located at the Paul Robeson Center for the Arts, 102 Witherspoon Street, Princeton N.J. unless otherwise noted.
Please make sure to fill out the emergency form below if you haven’t already – here: emergency/medical form at your earliest convenience. The emergency/medical form must be completed and returned to ACP. Emergency forms must be received before your child can start camp. Please return these forms in a timely manner as we need to process each camper’s information. If your child has already attended a week of camp this year, you do not need to complete another form.
DROP-OFF AND PICK UP AT THE PAUL ROBESON CENTER
Drop-off (for those who haven’t signed up for before-care) is between 8:45 and 9 am at our Witherspoon Street entrance. Please do not park in the lot behind the Paul Robeson Center for the Arts, this is for staff only. For drop-offs and pick-ups, please use the loading zone on Witherspoon Street (Pull as far forward as you can for both DROP OFF and PICK UP.) There will be a camp counselor at the sidewalk to sign your child in and escort him/her into the building. In the morning, the counselor will be there from 8:45am until 9:00am. In the afternoon, campers will be dismissed at the loading zone from 12:00pm to 12:15pm (for Half-day campers) and 3:30pm until 3:45pm (for Full-day campers).
On Thursdays, the pre-teens and teens are invited to go to the Princeton Farmer’s Market across the street (with counselor supervision) to purchase snacks during lunch time. If you’d like your pre-teen or teen to have this opportunity please send them with some cash on Thursday morning.
WHAT TO BRING
Lunch, snacks and beverages are not included. Please send your camper with a lunch, mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack. Full-day students will need to bring snacks, lunch and beverage each day. Include an insulated lunch bag, if necessary; we do not have on-site refrigeration. Lunch time begins at 12pm.
Due to many campers having nut allergies, we ask that you do not pack any food items with nuts or nut product in them. We do not allow any campers to share snacks or drinks.
The Arts Council of Princeton uses photographic and video images (without student names or identifiers) of classes, workshops, camps and events in various publications ranging from our website and newspaper articles to grant applications and annual reports. It is a vital way for us to convey the importance of our work in the community. If you do not want your child’s photo used by the Arts Council of Princeton, you must notify us in writing (by email to firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to attending the program.
