Teen Comic Books & Graphic Novels [Online Class]
Ages: 12 yrs. to 16 yrs.

Hone your skills as a comic book artist or graphic novelist in this virtual class with author illustrator Barbara DiLorenzo. Develop characters and story plots while sharpening drawing and writing skills. Practice techniques used by pros!

Supplies: Pen or pencil & paper

Tech Requirements: Wifi, a computer or other device with a built in camera. Students will receive an email with Zoom login instructions prior to the first class.

About the Instructor: Barbara DiLorenzo is a children’s book author and illustrator (RENATO AND THE LION, Viking 2017 and QUINCY, little bee books, 2018). She graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design, and studied under Mary Beth McKenzie at the Art Students League in New York. She is a signature member of the New England Watercolor Society as well as the Society of Illustrators. Barbara loves teaching at the Arts Council of Princeton where she aims to bring out the best in all artists.
