Preparing your art portfolio for college admissions is a lengthy, and often stressful, process. It is also vitally important for those high school students interested in taking their passion for visual arts to a whole new and exciting level. This class will provide valuable insight into the steps involved and strategies to consider. There will be group discussions as well as highly individualized instruction and guidance.
Skip date: Monday May 25
Supplies: pencil, paper, and whatever painting and drawing supplies you already own
Tech Requirements: Wifi, a computer or other device with a built in camera. Students will receive an email with Zoom login instructions prior to the first class.

About the Instructor: Barbara DiLorenzo is a children’s book author and illustrator (RENATO AND THE LION, Viking 2017 and QUINCY, little bee books, 2018). She graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design, and studied under Mary Beth McKenzie at the Art Students League in New York. She is a signature member of the New England Watercolor Society as well as the Society of Illustrators.
