Monet, Van Gogh, Matisse and more
Explore Monet's garden, see the Degas’s dancers perform, spend the day with Cassatt's family or eat an apple with Cezanne. Leave an impression or see the stars with Vincent Van Gogh, color with Kandinsky or scream with Munch. Your instructor will guide you through an exploration of these fascinating times and teach you how to make an impression by using art to express yourself. Travel to a time where dreams, line, shape and color inspire art movements such as Surrealism, Cubism and Supremativism. From Picasso’s two dimensional view of life to Chagall’s dream compositions, you will enjoy creating a variety of mixed media art projects (painting, drawing, sculpture and more) that explore the inner consciousness. With art, your dreams can be a reality.
Plans are to include a trip to the Princeton University Art Museum to see their connected exhibit.
